From the vacant land to the finished home – watch the home being created………..
1 – When we tried to start this new home and get the slab poured, it had been raining heavily. So unfortunately we had to wait until nice dry days returned to start (no complaints from Peter though as we had badly needed the rain).
2 – Under slab drainage has been completed and the concretors are starting on the footings.
3 – Concretors are preparing the slab – the job dried out really well since the massive rain last week.
4 – Finally got a great dry day to pour the slab.
5 – Slab completed ready for timber delivery and carpenters.
6 – Frame is up ready for fascia and gutter and roof.
7 – Roof is going on – house is really starting to take shape.
8 – Brick work is going up – starting to look like a house.
9 – Plasterboard is going up – almost ready for kitchen installation and carpenters fix out.
10 – Cabinetry and tiling photos follow.
11 – We have finished this great family home – clients are really happy with how it looks. Just before hand over I took these photos.
