This modern 2 storey home has been designed for a growing family living on the beautiful Sunshine Coast near the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. This amazing home has four bedrooms, a media room and bathrooms upstairs and a large open plan living area downstairs that leads onto an alfresco area that overlooks the sparkling pool. The children’s play room leads off the main living area and they are able to keep all their toys close by, but mum can close the doors if entertaining guests.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
The family wanted an earthy modern home with lots of light and beautiful timber floors and posts and was designed to suit the growing family’s needs. With this in mind, Peter utilised the flat corner block to its utmost to achieve the best possible cooling from the afternoon sea breezes. He also managed to design an upper front patio that has views to the nearby canals. With all the bedrooms nearby the master suite, it was important to the clients that if the children were to wake during the night they would be heard.
The clients were heavily involved in their home design and felt very comfortable raising any questions they had during the build.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
They were extremely happy with the outcome of their new home and just loved the warmth and appealing atmosphere they could now share with their little children. They felt very blessed that they would be in their new home just in time for Christmas and that Santa would make his first visit soon.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
